Next day tracked delivery service with same day dispatch for orders made Monday to Friday before 4pm (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries are made 7 days a week however sunday exclusions apply.

DPD Next Day

DPD tracked delivery service offers a convienient 1 hour time window. Orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders made on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. DPD tracked is available for mainland only, not available to the Scottish Highlands or islands.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you either an SMS or email with tracking details to follow its journey. This will be either Royal Mail or DPD tracking information, depending on the service you chose during checkout.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
With Royal Mail, orders made before 4pm are processed and dispatched the same day. For DPD, orders made before 3pm are processed and dispatched the same day.
What countries or regions do you ship to?
We ship to over 230 countries and territories around the world, however exceptions are made depending on local prohibited and restricted items guidelines.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If an incorrect delivery address has been entered during checkout, you should contact us as soon as possible. Due to our fast processing times and same day dispatch, we can't guarantee that the address can be amended in time.
Are there any requirements for receiving packages such as age verification?
Signature on delivery is required upon delivery as well as age verification. E-cigarettes and products related to e-cigarettes will not be sold to any individuals under 18 years of age.
What happens if I'm not home when my package arrives?
For Royal Mail deliveries, they will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next working day, or you can collect from your local delivery office. For DPD deliveries, you'll receive a notification with options to reschedule or collect from a nearby pickup point. You can also provide delivery instructions during checkout for a safe place to leave your package.
