We offer reliable shipping through Royal Mail and DPD, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before their respective cut-off times (4PM for Royal Mail, 3PM for DPD). Returning a faulty item
If you have received a product that you believe is faulty, or are experiencing issues, please contact our support team via the contact us page. A team member will help you troubleshoot the issue and if required provide you with further details to return the product. We offer a 30-day warranty on kits and mods for manufacturing defects. Faulty items must be approved by Vape Discounts before being sent back to us.
Refund process and timeframe
Once we receive your returned product, we will then inspect the item and notify you of it's status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-2 working days. After processing the refund it will typically appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
If you're exchanging an item, we will process exchanges within 1-3 working days of receiving the returned product. You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
International returns
For customers outside of the UK, we are unable to provide return labels due to cross border regulations and the differing courier systems between different countries. Customers are responsible for arranging the return of international items. We recommend an insured courier service is used as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
